Problem Statement
US based client, wanted a complete project management solution for unit and multifamily renovation projects. He is facing one of the issue of the renovation industry is resource management and uncertainties in the project due to repetitive nature of the unit renovation market and the way that type of renovation needs to be handled. That not only impacts the project budget but all upcoming scheduled tasks. Renovation industry needs simplified end-to-end solutions for these uncertainties, project. Another problem to address is the resource management and identify these uncertainties and anomalies in the renovation project in its early stage using machine learning (anomalies detection) and AI. That will help to estimate and reduce project costs. Secondly, based on project owner credibility analysis provide finance solutions or by collaborating with fintech.
The second solution offered by Renovation is a bidding solution for the project owner and property owner. Simplified and transparent bidding management end-to-end solution.
Challenges
Challenge 1 : Automated Smart Scheduling
By using template system one can schedule entire unit task automatically just by selecting start date and end date and everything else can processed automatically and immediately can see the schedule and know the estimated completion date.
Challenge 2 : Automated Communications
User can get notification when the new unit gets added in the project, schedule changes, any issue that need to be addressed, orders and delivery supplies etc.. system can do mundane communication on behalf of user so that one can force on more productive work.
Challenge 3 : Automated Task Assignment
System must allow user to create team and can assign task to everyone in one go. When unit gets added to the scheduled, contractors, vendors and suppliers must get added to the project. It must reduce repetitive work by providing automation.
User can use pre-build templates that are created by leaders in renovation industry. Once project activated user must need to adjust or update requirements from start to end. Make it easy to handle to save time and money and get the project run up and fast.
User can able to duplicate already created unit template. This function must be there to reduce user time.
There must be automated task planner so that user no need to spend more time on administration of task and can organize unit task in the order they want with correct dependencies and task duration.
