To address these issues, we developed a comprehensive User Experience Strategy and redesigned the website with the following key features:

User-Centered Design: We focused on making the site intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing visitors to find the information they needed with minimal clicks.
Main Call to Action (CTA): A strategically placed CTA across the site encouraged users to explore the projects section, showcasing ANA Cyber Forensic’s services in action and driving engagement.
Modern Design Approach: We implemented a clean, modern, minimalistic look with a flat, brutalist style layout. This design refresh was paired with impactful imagery to match ANA Cyber’s innovative brand identity.
Custom Functionality: A custom scrolling feature on the services family page allowed images to remain sticky while the list of services scrolled beside them, providing a dynamic and interactive user experience.

Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) calculations were done using various Excel sheets without a standard template. Different employees used customized formats, leading to data inconsistency and frequent errors.
Complex, Error-Prone Calculations
Each ECM involved unique formulas. Manual calculations in Excel were complex and highly susceptible to human error, risking the quality and reliability of audit results.
High Operational Costs
Manual processes for scheduling, calculations, and data management demanded more manpower and oversight, increasing overall operational costs and lowering efficiency.
Manual Utility Coordination
Communication and report submissions to utility companies were handled manually, slowing down approvals and creating additional administrative burdens.

Mobile Application for Field Engineers
Technokeens also developed a mobile companion app. Engineers on-site can now view project details, perform calculations, upload photos, and submit reports in real-time, improving field efficiency and data accuracy.
