Technokeens partnered with HBS Solutions to develop a custom software solution that automated and streamlined the entire audit workflow, improving efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Captronic Systems Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in automation and test equipment, had built a strong reputation over 20 years with 800+ projects. Despite their industry leadership and recognition, their marketing collateral was outdated and did not accurately reflect their global impact. The challenge was to revamp the design to match the company’s innovative and scientific brand and present their services in a modern, professional manner.

Research and User Behavior Analysis: We studied the industry-specific environments and user behaviors to understand how Captronic’s brand could be positioned more effectively.
Design Revamp: The previous two-dimensional design was replaced with three-dimensional elements to give the brand and its services a more dynamic and scientific appeal. We created designs that reflected Captronic’s global presence and industrial expertise.
Mobile-Responsive and User-Friendly: The new design ensured that the website provided an optimal experience across devices, from mobile phones to large-screen desktops.
Innovative Art: We introduced illustrations and line drawings to give the design a fresh, creative, and modern feel, aligning with the brand’s identity.

Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) calculations were done using various Excel sheets without a standard template. Different employees used customized formats, leading to data inconsistency and frequent errors.
Complex, Error-Prone Calculations
Each ECM involved unique formulas. Manual calculations in Excel were complex and highly susceptible to human error, risking the quality and reliability of audit results.
High Operational Costs
